Welcome!
Are you new to St Teresa of Avila Parish?

Message from our Pastor

We are delighted for you to join our parish family!
We are committed to inviting and supporting every parishioner to become a disciple of Christ, building God's Kingdom through our prayer, service, and outreach to others in faith. Working together, we seek to build a strong community where all are welcome and inspired by the Gospel to live God's mission with faith, hope, and love.
I invite and encourage you to connect with the members and ministries of our parish, and I look forward to meeting you personally. Our contacts can be found on our website or contact our parish office.
As in every family, we expect our parishioners to engage in parish life and to do their part in creating a better community. As we seek to offer as many opportunities for parishioners to come together in faith as possible, if there is a personal or family need that arises, please know that we are always available to assist you in any way we can.
I pray you may find warmth, encouragement, and spiritual growth here at St Teresa of Avila. I look forward to getting to know you personally in the weeks and months ahead.
God bless you and your family.
Sincerely yours in Christ,
Monsignor Robert S Meyer (Father Bob)
A few things to know if you are visiting us for the first time...

Where do I go when I arrive for Mass?
If you are attending Mass in our Church, the parking lot is adjacent with entrances on Morris Avenue and Locust Drive. There is handicapped access on the left-side entrance of the Church.
Parking for Memorial Hall is located next to the building with the entrance on Broad Street. Please check the signs as there may be fees or a permit required during the week. There is handicapped access at the right-side entrance of Memorial Hall.

What is available for young children?
Children are welcome and encouraged at all Masses and our 9 am Family Mass in Memorial Hall (located across the street from our Main Church) is a favorite among our young families. We have designed this Mass specifically with young children in mind to be educational, interactive, and inspirational. The Family Mass features our wonderful children's choir who lead the congregation in song each week! We also offer FAITH FX, an engaging experience for children in grades 1-4 and their parents. Learn more about this and other Faith Formation programming here.
