BIBLE STUDY
Lecture Series
Twice a year, we offered a five-week series led by Fr Chris Ciccarino. Last fall, we explored the life of St Peter, analyzing how his teachings and personal testimony impact our individual faith journeys. Later in the spring, our focus shifted to the Blessed Virgin Mary as we reflected on her witness and how it continues to shape our lives and deepen our faith.
LENTEN RETREAT
Our 2026 Lenten Retreat theme was Peace in the Storm: Finding Refuge and Renewal in God’s Presence. Nearly 50 parishioners attended, making it a beautiful opportunity for our faith community to step away from the busyness of daily life and carve out an afternoon for reflection, prayer, and fellowship. We had two wonderful guests speakers, whose thoughtful and engaging presentations offered meaningful spiritual insights.

CHRIST LIFE:
Following Christ
In this seven-week series, participants began to follow Jesus as Catholic disciples. We learned about daily prayer, the Sacraments, forgiveness and more. Sessions were made up of thought-provoking talks designed to explore the meaning and purpose of life followed by small group discussions. The program was part of the ChristLife series; last year, we participated in Discovering Christ, and next year we will offer Sharing Christ. Stay tuned for updates!
SACRED ART & SPIRITUALITY
Viso Divinia
This past Spring, we explored how art can open our hearts to prayer, wonder, and a deeper awareness of God’s presence. We studied 6 masterpieces and reflected on the Scripture that the sacred art is based on. This workshop was an opportunity for participants to draw closer to God through the contemplation of art and beauty.
Grandparent
Ministry
Our newly formed Grandparent Ministry based on The Grand Adventure curriculum is a program that invites participants to see grandparenting as a true vocation. Together they have reflected on the joy and responsibility of sharing their faith with the next generation. This group resumes January 2027!
ADVENT DIGTIAL CALENDAR
Last year we presented our first ever parishioner led Advent Digital Calendar! Parishioners filmed short video reflections - each with a different theme based on scripture - to share with our community. We created a digital advent calendar website, where each morning, a new box was “opened” and the parishioner reflection of the day was revealed. Videos were also posted and shared to social media. It was a beautiful way for the entire parish to pray together as a community of faith as we await the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
