Safety Guidelines & Procedures

No matter where or how you wish to celebrate Christmas this year, whether from the comfort of your own home or with us at St Teresa of Avila, it will not be the same.  Plan on it being different.  Plan also on being patient, respectful, flexible and punctual.

Considering everyone's safety, we will follow a reservation and check-in system.  In addition, we are obligated to strictly observe the following so as to ensure a safe and meaningful worship experience for our parishioners, guests, staff and our clergy:

Please know that these protocols are in place for the safety of all present. With COVID-19 cases increasing and rapidly changing restrictions, everything is subject to be modified. We thank you for your adherence and cooperation so we may joyfully celebrate together.

Christmas 2020 Mass Schedule & Reservation Information

When registering:
  • Select only one Mass either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day - not both. Once reservation is confirmed, no adjustments are allowed.
  • Only one reservation per household is permitted.
  • Duplicate or multiple reservations will be cancelled.
  • Reservation party is limited to a maximum of 6 persons.

Christmas Eve Mass Schedule
Thursday, December 24

3:30 PM - Memorial Hall

5:30 PM - Memorial Hall
7:00 PM - Church (Spanish) **
10:00 PM - Church **
Once registration is complete, you will receive an emailed confirmation with a reminder of instructions for the day of your reserved Mass. 
  • PRINT the confirmation or QR code(s), or have it ready to present on your mobile device for check-in.

  • ARRIVE no earlier than 30 minutes prior to Mass start time. Full party must check in together at once. Check-in will be completed by a staff member at the front doors of the Church or Memorial Hall. There is no entry through the side doors which are for exit only.

  • BE SEATED. Standing is not permitted within the Church or Memorial Hall.

  • RESPECT the guidance put forth by the clergy and parish staff.

  • DEPART promptly at the conclusion of Mass to allow for preparation of the following Mass.
