CD RELEASE PARTY

September 19th in the Avila Room at 7:30 PM
Please join us for an evening of music and celebration as Tate Music Group releases a new CD of original songs by our own Terry Dunne.  Terry, a lifelong member of the parish, is best known as a religious education teacher, the leader of the parish adult retreat and as a singer at the 5:30 Mass with Cantabo,.  Terry’s CD, “Make Me All Yours” features lead guitar performances by Ed Almendinger, also from Cantabo.  Terry combines country and contemporary Christian music elements to forge his own original sound.   Light desserts and beverages will be served at this family friendly event.  All are welcome.

BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP

The St Teresa Book Discussion Group will continue to meet the third Tuesday of each month. Our first session of the new year will be September 16th from 7:30 pm to 9 pm. All our sessions will be in the Sacristy of the Church (behind the main altar). There is an entrance on the right side of the church, up the wooden steps.

Here are the first two books for the new season:

Text Box: •"Pillars of the Earth" by Ken Follet for September  and the
Text Box: •"The Reed of God" by Caryll Houselander in October.
Books are selected by group consensus.  Please be thinking about other books for the remainder of the year.
